Paraguayan player Diego Gomez brought down Desier Doe and the penalty was awarded with the help of a 'weight', and Mbappe scored his 19th goal of the World Cup. Mbappe missed another goal towards the end of the second half. Paraguayan goalkeeper Orlando Gil made excellent saves from both of his shots.
