Pukar Bam of the Nepali Congress Party has been elected in Kathmandu-4. Bam was elected to the House of Representatives by securing 29,142 votes. His nearest rival, Sachin Timalsena of the Nepali Congress, received 8,824 votes, while Rajan Bhattarai of the UML received 5,733 votes.
