The Congress has presented the vision put forward in 10 main points as a picture of Nepal's beautiful future and expressed its commitment to provide a respected and prosperous life to all Nepalis.

The first point mentions that every Nepali will be able to live with respect, build a society free from violence, untouchability, and caste/gender discrimination. The third point has put forward a policy to encourage investment, employment, and wealth creation, respect for workers, and control illegal wealth. The fourth point is to make farmers the main drivers of the country, feed their stomachs through modern agriculture, fair prices, markets, and insurance, and make Nepali products a global brand. The fifth point mentions making treatment through advanced health insurance a fundamental right from pregnancy to old age and providing a life free from fear of disease/expense.

Congress' 'Vision Ten' includes promises Thapa said that the Congress has promised that the youth will not be killed in the country like on 23 Bhadau and the Singha Durbar will not be burnt like on 24 Bhadau. ‘The rebellion of 23 and 24 Bhadau did not reject us. It said, come changed. The Congress has come changed,’ he said while addressing a pledge meeting held in Tirhutiya Gachhi, Janakpur on Wednesday. ‘Now the chapter of peace for the elders and the chapter of the law for the young is over. Farmers will no longer have to stand in line to buy fertilizer. They will not have to pay bribes to get licenses, that is our promise.’

He said that the Congress would address the feelings of the young generation who came to the streets on 23 and 24 Bhadau. ‘Jen-ji did not come from somewhere. They are our brothers and nephews. They did not reject us. They said, ‘Our style has changed,’ Thapa said, ‘Now when you ask questions, no youth will have to be killed by the state bullets like on 23 Bhadau. No one will be allowed to burn Singha Durbar wearing a mask, this is the promise of the Congress.’

He also said that the next five years will not be wasted. He said that the Congress will take the lead in development and change for the next five years by taking care of all political parties and factions. ‘The Congress will not waste five years. The Congress takes pride in yesterday. But, it does not get stuck in yesterday. It solves today’s problems, leads tomorrow’s bright days,’ he said, ‘The power of the Congress is not hatred. It is love. The power of the Congress is not prohibition, it is the power to make everyone participate.’

Congress President Thapa spoke in Maithili at the beginning of his speech. ‘Ai hum Maithilime bajaj. Hum pratigya karaichi kich dinme ontsav sa ahaank bhasha aa layme baat karab (Today I speak in Maithili. And I promise, in a few days I will talk to you in your own language and rhythm),’ Thapa said, ‘Whatever the Congress promises, it will literally fulfill in five years.’

Congress' 'Vision Ten' includes promises Vice President Bishwaprakash Sharma said that the Congress is ready to collaborate with the parties to form a common opinion after the elections on the issue of stable government and good governance in the country. ‘The Gen-G rebellion has occurred due to the country not being properly governed,’ Sharma said, ‘The Congress has changed from the special general convention after conducting an MRI of all the problems. The Congress appeals to all parties and forces to establish good governance in the country by keeping a common vision.’ He said that the Congress is ready to get to the root of the issue on which the rebellion took place and resolve it. Another Vice President of the Congress, Pushpa Bhusal, said that the Congress is taking the initiative to change the country by changing parties. Addressing the pledge assembly, Vice President Bhusal said that the current election is between those who are against and partisan of federalism.

‘Our competition is with a new party that does not accept federalism. It is with a new party that hides its crimes,’ she said, ‘We are in favor of federalism. We are in favor of development. We are in favor of good governance, change, and development.’ She said that Gagan Thapa has come to the leadership of the Congress with new thinking, perspective, and behavior. "Gagan Kumar Thapa has come to the leadership of the Nepali Congress with new thinking, perspective, and behavior," she said. "We have nominated him as the Prime Minister. We are waiting for 21 Falgun to approve it."

Former Vice President Bimalendra Nidhi said that the Nepali Congress should bring a majority to protect the federal democratic republic. Nidhi said that by forming a government under the leadership of Nepali Congress President Thapa, a revolution will be brought in the protection of the constitution and development work.
