Congress President Gagan Thapa has said that the Congress has promised that youth will not be killed in the country like on Bhadra 23 and Singha Durbar will not be burnt like on Bhadra 24. He said that the Congress has prepared a blueprint for a bright Nepal of tomorrow by finding solutions to the problems seen in the country.
