Armed Police Inspector General Raju Aryal has directed Armed Police personnel to work tirelessly to ensure security for the upcoming House of Representatives elections to be held on Falgun 21.

Aryal directed the officers who will be working as chiefs in various offices of the Armed Police Force Nepal from Magh 11 at the Armed Police Force Nepal Headquarters to perform their assigned duties effectively.

Aryal also directed them to focus on conducting the elections in a fear-free environment by implementing election-targeted security measures swiftly. Stating that immediate action will be taken against weak command and commanders who make mistakes, he directed them to work with high morale.

In the upcoming elections, the Armed Police Force is deploying 35,000 manpower and 15,110 election policemen with a 40-day working period. He also warned the Armed Police Force officers who will be working as command responsibilities that they will be immediately taken action if they commit misdeeds and bad deeds while working in their field while on duty. He also directed the subordinate employees to fully comply with the election code of conduct to make the elections successful.

Aryal said that all Armed Police personnel should be more proactive in their respective responsibilities while deployed in the field according to the organization's thinking and policy, and also directed them to focus on how to make revenue leakage control effective. He said that all units of the Armed Police Force Nepal should maintain financial transparency and perform their work with zero tolerance for corruption, and he also directed them to be more proactive in conducting patrols, patrols and operational activities while deployed at the border.
