The Congress Central Committee meeting, which was called for 1 pm, has not yet begun.

Central members had started entering the meeting hall at the party headquarters in Sanepa since 1:30.

Spokesperson Prakash Sharan Mahat, leaders Shekhar Koirala, Krishna Prasad Sitaula, Vijay Kumar Gachhadar, Mohan Bahadur Basnet, Deepak Giri, Sujata Koirala, Chandra Bhandari and others have already reached the central office. Leaders and cadres are still arriving.

Central Working Committee member Sujata Koirala said that the meeting was delayed as talks with the special general convention supporters are ongoing.
