Nepali Congress leader and MP Sunil Sharma has expressed anger over the working style of the party leadership.
Addressing the inaugural session of the special general convention held at Bhrikutimandap, he accused President Sher Bahadur Deuba of not understanding the feelings of the cadres. Leader Sharma drew the attention of the leadership by mentioning the presence of representatives from different corners of the country.
'Are these innocent faces of representatives from east to west, from Darchula to Taplejung, from Sarkegad in Humla to the villages of Solukhumbu annoying you?' Sharma asked.
He indicated that the leadership had ignored the feelings of the ordinary active members of the party from the lower levels to the central leaders and general secretaries. 'What do these innocent faces say? How do you feel when you see these faces from an ordinary cadre to the general secretaries?' He questioned the accountability of the leadership.
