Addressing the general convention delegates, leader Koirala also expressed confidence that the delegates who have resolved to implement the statute are ready to fulfill the historical responsibility of how to build a united party.

I have put my opinion in writing to the Central Working Committee while the campaign for the special general convention of the Congress is going on.
