When our political parties make any agreement to solve the problem immediately but never follow through, the public is not able to trust the agreement they make.

The image of the parties has not been good as the points of agreement have not been followed literally. A recent example of this is the 2-point and 7-point consensus.
The first point of the 7-point agreement to form the government included the constitution amendment agenda. One year after the formation of the government, the process of amending the constitution has not been started, nor has the willingness to start it been shown. What about the 2 points made by the Maoist recently!
Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said that the Constitution cannot be amended until 2087, contrary to the 7-point consensus. The Congress leaders expressed strong displeasure over this. It is not possible to amend the constitution by the National Assembly, which requires a two-thirds vote to amend the constitution and unless the Maoists are present. But didn't Oli and Sher Bahadur Deuba know that when they agreed on 7 points? If he knew, why did he deceive the people?
