Let's promise - 'I will write cleanly'

It seems that the sword has been raised to strike decisively against the Nepali language, which is being attacked from all sides, and only waiting for 'Shub Sait' to strike. Fortunately for the khadg holders and happy for the language users, the court has taken away that khadg from their hands.

The recent verdict of the Supreme Court, which concluded that 'no one has the right to interfere with the language', has given Nepali language a big blow. It has not only freed us from the unauthorized interferences that have been continuously carried out by misusing the state power, it has also communicated new energy and vitality to the Nepali language.

The confusion that the authority to intervene on the language must be vested somewhere (otherwise who will save the language?) has been existing in Nepali society under the cover of 'recognition'. This is what has brought the Nepali language to today's confusion, chaos and confusion. It is because of this confusion that many years ago, the gurus of the Nepali language began to sow the seeds of interference in the language. When the side effects of that became horribly revealed, they began to regret and the language-users withdrew the intervention in self-criticism when they said, "Such intervention cannot be accepted".

and Nekshule-2069 has paved the way for the Nepali language to move forward at its natural pace. The 'Constitution of Nepal' which came in the year 2072 accepted the arrangement made by them in the language and set their journey on the same highway. However, the state power and the institutions supported by it were not swayed by the inertia of unauthorized intervention, refusing to accept the linguistic system created by the Mahagurus and accepted by the Constitution of Nepal. In this context, the Supreme Court ruled on 9th June 2081 on a writ filed on 24th August 2073 and put aside the confusion, inertia and confusion related to language.

What did the court say?

The decision of the Supreme Court includes three dimensions, which are as follows:

a. In the writ, on 22nd of July, 2069, the then education minister had decided to change the traditional color scheme and writing style of the Nepali language in an unnatural way, so it was demanded that it should be canceled. After the Minister's decision, all the textbooks and other materials of the school level (Classes 1-12) were overhauled. In that order, removing the letter 'S'-'S' from all words other than 'Tatsam' from Sanskrit (only 'S' remains), removing long 'E'-'U' (remaining only short 'E'-'U') Keeping), removing 'W' (keeping only 'B'), removing 'J'-'ನ' (keeping only 'ನ') were done, while under the writing style, the combined letters were broken and kept by cutting the legs. The Supreme Court overturned the ministerial decision and declared this distortion and interference on language illegal.

b. Another dimension of judgment covers a wider scope. Nepal Pragya-Pratishthan, Tervi-Nepali Department of Education, Minister of Education/Ministry and Curriculum Development Center, naming each of them, the court said - None of these bodies have the right to change the color scheme, writing style and grammar of the Nepali language. The law of the country has not given them that right.

Not only this, the court also clarified that this matter does not fall under the jurisdiction of any part of the state or government (executive, judiciary, legislature) and 'even the court itself cannot declare that the spoken or written grammar of the language is or should be like this'. Through this judgment, the court has also given a message that the parliament itself cannot acquire or give anyone the right to interfere in the color scheme, writing style and grammar of the Nepali language even after making a law.

From this decision of the Supreme Court, it has become clear that all the extreme decisions imposed in the following days, from the distortion of spelling entered in the 'Nepali Comprehensive Dictionary' (Nebrish) of 2040, the elimination of pure-spelling words by Nebrish in 2058, are completely 'unauthorized attempts'. The court has also exposed the corruption and conspiratorial character of these institutions/organizations by stating that the rules of colorization have been changed so that the user does not know.

c. The third dimension of judgment is aimed at the philosophy, nature and irrationality of language. Its implication is the evocation of the truth that 'language is self-moving and no one has the right to interfere with its natural movement'. This is the truth that Panini grasped thousands of years ago and this is the understanding of Noam Chomsky today. It is because of the denial of this dignity that our language has suffered. Our court has alerted to this fact. This is such a judgment, which has the status of being cited as a reference when judicial determination of language-related disputes is to be made in other countries of the world.

Even though the Supreme Court gave such a clear and progressive decision, some people seem to comment like 'the court has interfered with the language', 'grammar itself has been changed'. This is a baseless accusation against the court, it is injustice. Driven a little by ignorance and a lot by greed. The court has not interfered with the language, nor has it changed the grammar. He only stated that "the law did not give him the right to do so without authorization" and clarified that no one has such a right.

Similarly, since the name of the Language Commission is mentioned in the verdict, it seems that some people are worried that there will be another disturbance in the language through it. However, it is clear that the state or any part of the government cannot interfere in the classification of language etc. and since the commission is also a part of the state, no such interference can be imagined from it. His work, duties and rights (Article 287.6) stipulated by the Constitution have not envisaged such a thing. Its nature and purpose are different.

The decision of the Supreme Court has freed the Nepali language from the shackles of unauthorized interference, but only a few people have the idea that it saved the language from a possible accident in the near future. We should be clear about that too.

The campaign to remove long e-o, sh-sh, j-n, etc., i.e. to 'destroy characters' and to cut the legs of combined letters, is a 'needle-in, mush-in-out' initiative. One drowns our language, the other perfects our script. Both are based on fallacy. Both have followed the same strategic formula  : 1. At the outset, showing one-sided (incomplete-defective) reasons and inauthentic examples, putting on an attractive mask of 'simplicity' and 'modernisation', erecting fake 'doctrines'. 2. Based on that, enter the Lusukk language/script (with a needle) and start making holes. 3. Gradually increasing the size of the hole, and 4. Establishing the so-called 'doctrine' entirely through an artificial front. 5. When the principle is well established and (with a pestle) the decisive blow.

language immersion game

First in the campaign of 'Varnavinash' 1. The 'principle' was raised that long e-u, s-sh, j-na etc. letters are not pronounced in Nepali (these are not meaningful, they are not Nepali characters, the Nepali dialect does not pronounce them etc.). The speech of those who could not pronounce it came to be called standard. 2. Based on that, the Lusuk dictionary (2040) relegated the word "visitor" with pure spelling to secondary status, and a little later (2058) the word disappeared from the dictionary. Then, 3. From Sanskrit tadbhava words, those characters were also eliminated, and 4. To fully establish the alleged theory, an artificial front called 'Uchcharya Varnamala' was erected, which removed 17 characters from the traditional alphabet of 52 letters, leaving only 35 and started spreading the palsy argument - Nepali characters are just that. -n etc. are not π They are Sanskrit characters, not Nepali. We are all seeing that there is a great effort to establish this 'doctrine' especially in the minds of the new generation.

When this principle is well established, 5. It will be said with a loud laugh - 'If these are not Nepali characters, why should they be used in similar words from Sanskrit? After coming to Nepali, they have become words of Nepali language, not of Sanskrit. Nepali rules should apply to them, not Sanskrit. So those words should also use 'Nepali alphabet' like words from other languages. The ``unscientific'' trend like Nepali language and Sanskrit alphabet should be stopped. At that time, these characters will be removed from the entire Nepali language in one fell swoop.

After accepting the 'principle' that these are not Nepali characters, there is no moral basis left for anyone to oppose this Urdu. At that time, the Nepali language will be completely free from 17 characters and will become completely 'simple' and 'modern'. How much easier, easier to write! And Nepali will start writing like this - 'Biswamani went to see Pasupati with his body crying in the cold.'

It sounds strange and a bit loud to hear today. However, the Nepali language has been brought here today by being surrounded from all sides. If these 17 letters can be simplified and removed, the reading and writing of Nepali would be easy, scientific and modern, the opinion, opinion and 'linguistic' scholar-arguments are coming strongly in the language seminars of Pragya Academy and to make Nepali 'simple, scientific and modern'. Because no scholar, no scholar, no Prada, no linguist has been heard to say 'this should not be done'. That is, everyone has tacit consent. It seems that the sword has been raised to strike a decisive blow on the Nepali language which is being attacked from all sides and only waiting for 'Shubh Sait' to strike. Fortunately for the people who use the language, the court has removed that very thing from their hands.

joint leg amputation campaign is similar. First of all, 1. An artificial 'principle' of 'learning-to-learn' was set up, and 2. Based on that, Lusukk began to cut the legs of two-four joint letters. It had to face great opposition there, otherwise 3. It would have united all the united letters and our national love would have turned into 'Rashtraprem'. 4. After that 'principle' was established, it would bring to the 'scientific' front that all letters consisting of one consonant and one vowel, i.e. two characters (a-kh-g-d etc.) should be considered as joint letters and the vowel-consonant should also be written separately. After it was determined that it could not be written in that way, the proposal that "Let's write in Roman script instead, it is easy and scientific" would be accepted. Thus finally 5. The Devanagari script would end with the Nepali language. This has been discussed in detail

(see 'Teacher', June 2073) and after it took the form of a movement, this campaign had to kneel before entering the third stage, so it is not necessary to explain it further. However, the possibility of this campaign, which is still raging inside, has been canceled by the court's order.

Interventions, Proposals and Guidance In

language, intervention is something that is imposed using the power and mechanisms of the state. Interrupters forcefully reject language. This is a tyranny of language. It distorts the language. Impedes the natural flow of language. So it is totally unacceptable.

proposals are advanced by scholars. Every scholar may have his own proposition. There is a lot of study and research behind it. Fast reasoning, deep point of view. It reveals the various dimensions of language. Scholars do not force the proposal to be implemented. If the people accept it, it will be implemented automatically. Knowledge in language is always appreciated.

language needs guidance to move in the right direction. Guidance is given by a specific scholar or scholars. The guidance given unanimously by scholars of opposing main streams coming together, putting aside their differences, is paramount. He also does not force, only guides. That is what a true scholar does. However, his guidance is completely followable for everyone. It gives parentage to language. Nekshule-2069 is such guidance. There is no other arrangement available to us that can come close to its excellence, depth and authority, and is not likely to be available in the near future. This is our linguistic highway.

What to do now?

Many may be wondering what to do next? It has become so messed up, how to handle it, how to improve it? Where to start? However, there is no need to panic. Grammar, syntax and everything else is same. He is the word. The main problem is that some words are misspelled. As soon as you start writing them in pure spelling, the problem starts to get solved.

Of course, the controversy has become more heated, the confusion is increasing, the problem is getting worse. However, despite trying to spoil it with so much force over the years, many words have not been spoiled because of the power of our language and because responsible users have not left their religion. Balkrishna Guru used to say the words of the visitor with bad spelling, 'if there is a limit of five hundred' (see 'Kantipur', 24 Baisakh 2072). After all, looking today, such words are about five hundred ways. When you add the total number of words spoken in it, it is about to go to her total. It is not difficult to make his list with pure spell. After I end it on a computer or mobile, therefore appears. There is no need to be redeemed, no theories do not even mock. There is no longer day to get used to a pure word. The main thing is to turn the wrong direction in the right direction. Then everything is going to be right.

is more than that, those seven hundred words are generally using very little words. For example, a. 27 materials in Kathmandu 6 years ago, 2075 & Nbspa (27 people organized in March, 2775 & Nbsp (Nepal's Constitutional conference in Kathmandu, the Editic writer of Nepal was 6,216. Among them, the spelling word spoken by a spell was less than half a percent, that is, only 23s. b. This time, while providing this article, spelling words of spellings of the total of 5,732 words of 'Kantipur' in the previous year (editorial, 27, 28, issue of Kantipur. Here are only 31 percent of 31 percent.

show that such words in this word will be used only half percent) in this formal writing (up to literature from literature from literature). I, a total of five words in content of a thousand words! (In informal audit. It is lit a lot that 'I will write pure', it will not take much longer to reach a pure spelling. We can glorify ourselves by darkness from darkness.

Kaharmini Writer Poudel Poudyal, a largest gardening game, and Nbsp; Duplicate, & Nbsp; Balkan, stone, stone, pitly, can not run the game after the game. He must cleanse the ground. Let's clear the language ground using the correct spelling. And the real game of language will start. Nepali language will be free up and move forward in our natural loser, laughter, and pace.
