Finance Minister Swarnim Wagle made this announcement in his budget speech. Finance Minister Wagle announced that the Truth and Reconciliation Commission, which is responsible for investigating and recommending action on human rights violations during the armed conflict, will proceed with its work. This process has been dragging on for about 19 years.
