Sneha Kumcha, a researcher at MP-IDSA in India, has said that India is pursuing a policy of economic interdependence and institutional cooperation with Nepal.
In the session 'Nepal in the Power Struggle' on Tuesday, the second day of the Kantipur Conclave, she said that India has been changing its relations with Nepal in recent times.
She said, 'Compared to five years ago, the relations between Nepal and India are now really based on economy and institutional development.'
