As the civil emancipation party's controversy continues to rage, President and MP Ranjita Shrestha has asked the leader of the parliamentary party, Gangaram Chaudhary, for an explanation. Why not take action because they have acted against the interests of the party, against the provisions of the law and the law regarding political parties? Chairman Shrestha asked party leader Chaudhary for an explanation.

Shrestha asked the parliamentary party leader Chaudhary for an explanation on Thursday. Why did you violate the provisions of the party constitution and call a meeting? Shrestha asked for clarification. 

Information about the situation in which he was unable to be active in party activities due to uncontrollable circumstances including health conditions  Shrestha has mentioned that Choudhary has acted against the party constitution even though he has done so. It is known to you that my health condition has been uncomfortable for the past few days and due to the circumstances beyond my control, I am unable to be fully active in the activities of the party. Shrestha asked for an explanation saying, "I was found to have taken illegal decisions in a meeting that went beyond the authority given by the party's interim constitution, 2078 on 3rd, 9th and 11th of July, in violation of the law and your leadership and active involvement in my absence without any information while the patient was being treated".
