The Office of the Auditor General has suggested that to maintain good governance in the country, public services should be made available through electronic means to make service delivery fast, efficient and predictable.

In the 62nd annual report of the Auditor General, it is mentioned that public morality should be promoted by strengthening the citizen's monitoring system including social accountability in public service delivery, developing a work culture that enhances official conduct and integrity.

"There should be arrangements for coordination and cooperation between the regulatory and implementing agencies related to suspicious and criminal activities and financial transactions," the report said, "Foreign and domestic visits should be done only in a way that is justified." The officials who decide the significance of various gatherings and observation tours should mention it in the decision itself.'

Similarly, the report mentions that only after the decision of foreign tours, managerial work related to tours should be done and decisions should be made in due time to bring frugality in tour expenses.

In the part related to financial discipline, the report states that in order to maintain control over unproductive expenses, frugality and effectiveness in public spending, high-ranking officials should be frugal, dignified and exemplary. Also, it is mentioned that frugality should be maintained in various expenses such as meetings, gatherings, conferences, gatherings, celebrations etc.

'On the basis of the approved budget and program, high returns and quality should be maintained. Financial responsibility should be determined by determining the indicators,'' the report said, 'to maintain financial discipline, there should be a code of conduct in accordance with the nature of the agency's work and its compliance. Disputes related to taxes and customs duties should be resolved within the time stipulated in the law.'' It is also mentioned that officials who do not do so should be held accountable.

The Auditor General has suggested that moral education should be included from the school level, saying that it is necessary to build moral infrastructure to promote accountability and integrity.

'Officials and employees involved in service delivery should be made directly responsible and accountable to service users. The service facility of all officials and employees who hold public positions should be made transparent,' the report says, 'Information should be disseminated and made public in order to guarantee transparency and accountability in the delivery of public services.'
