It was easy for Sahayu Goyal from Kathmandu, Bafal to take the helm of the family business. It would have been better if he had chosen the easy way by continuing the business that his father was doing. He could involve himself as the third generation in the business that was continued by his father through his grandfather. But his habit became like this - always do something new.

'We have a family business, Maruti Cement is ours,' says Sahayu, 'I decided to do something different from what the family started.' And official distribution of electric scooter Gogoro in Nepal.

Sahayu, who had also worked in the HSBC bank there for some time during his studies, wanted to introduce the system there after returning to Nepal. And, he thought of establishing a company in Nepal to keep bank accounts safe . Within a few years after returning to Nepal, he made that dream come true - by establishing the 'Black Box Record Management' company.

Sahayu is operating a ware house after taking 50 ropani land in Panchkhal of Kavre. The work is being done from the black box which was completed 9 months after the construction started . Sahayu says that it has been three years since 'Ware House' Black Box has been operating. "We have built a warehouse by meeting all safety standards, there is no risk of landslides, our structures are also earthquake resistant," he said, "we have built natural ventilation to prevent documents from getting damaged." "I knew this much about working in the British bank - documents are not kept in the office". It was given to one of the vendors through out sourcing,' said Sahayu, 'as soon as I realized that, I felt that such a method should be introduced in Nepal . And, I came to Nepal and started this work.'

After coming to Nepal, Sahayu and his team started to understand how the documents are kept in the banks. "When I went to the banks, there were a lot of documents, they were kept on racks, there were a lot of them and sometimes they fell on the floor," he says. "Based on my experience working in Britain, I thought that the documents of Nepal's banks, financial institutions and offices can be kept safe by building a warehouse," he said. "I have brought a new concept for bankers to manage documents safely," he said, "This is something that has happened all over the world, not only in Nepal." We are trying to fulfill that here .' He told that it was carried out in technical collaboration with the American company Iron Mountain . "The most important thing in this is system, process and safety," he said.
Sahayu said that the system has been made so that the accounts provided by banks, financial institutions and offices can be searched and given within a few minutes. He also says that they will provide such service round the clock. Now a team of 30 people has been deployed for this purpose in Kathmandu and Ware House. There are enough security personnel. The warehouse is so secure that even gas cylinders are not kept. There is a rule that workers must eat outside. Not only

, mobile phones are also prohibited in the warehouse. The company has its own vehicle with GPS tracking. According to Sahayu, it will provide the required documents through express, courier and regular services.

Sahayu tells the reason for naming the company 'Black Box Record Management'. A ship has a black box, it is the safest. Because even when there is an accident, the black box is searched for,' he said, 'where the data is always safe . That's why our company is named Black Box.' He still hasn't forgotten the sorrow of having to wander from place to place before getting a plot of land in Panchkhal for the

company. He said that he struggled to find a place like that and finally found a land like that in Panchkhal. The capacity of this warehouse will be 5 lakh boxes. "We do bar coding to keep the accounts safe and easy to find," said Sahayu, "After bar coding, we close the box and lock it." It is signed by the bank and our team.'

Saayu is also interested in green energy. At present, Nepali's interest in electric vehicles is increasing. The most attraction is in the four-wheeler . The use of four-wheeled electric vehicles has increased rapidly in the past four to five years. But he understands that the use of two-wheeled EV vehicles is less. In view of this situation, he has brought the Taiwanese Gogoro two-wheeled electric vehicle into Nepal.

This electric vehicle Gogoro is being officially distributed in Nepal through Nebula Mobility Company. Especially in electric vehicles, the main problem is the battery. Sahayu claims that Gogoro will prove useful to solve this problem. 'Because after taking this scooter, you always feel like riding a new vehicle,' he said, 'it is also different from others due to the facility of battery swapping technology.'

The facility of battery swapping and exchange is currently available in Kathmandu Valley. According to Sahayu, there are such swap centers in 45 places in the valley. "Currently in Nepal, you can exchange batteries only in Gogoro's scooters," he said, "In Taiwan, Gogoro is working with 8/10 companies including Yamaha to arrange batteries."

Gogoro customers can get batteries wherever there is a battery swap station "Those who come to buy Gogoro scooters do not need to buy batteries, they exchange batteries from the stations placed at various places," Sahayu said. Stating that the station has been kept up to Banepa in Kavre, he said that now 150 batteries are being exchanged in all the stations every day. He says that the demand for scooters is increasing in Gogoro Sorum in Naxal.

It is not mandatory that the battery should be replaced only after it runs out. Who has covered how many km of the scooter, can be seen in the app. He said that you can get another battery by recharging. At that time, Gogoro services started in Kathmandu respectively. He said that it will be expanded throughout Nepal. "After making it successful in Kathmandu, we are thinking of expanding the service to Pokhara, Butwal and Chitwan," he said, "for that, we will first set up a station." "We are planning to expand the service outside the valley within one year at most," said Sahayu, who is in his 30s, "only then we will start selling in the outer districts." Sahayu says that his wife and sister supported him in the work he took the lead.
