The Chief Minister of Lumbini Province, Chetnarayan Acharya, has said that Lumbini is a "mini Nepal" that has a lot of potential in terms of tourism.

'Lumbini has a lot of potential in terms of tourism, agriculture and other aspects . Lumbini province also has Himalayan, hilly and terai districts. In the same way, in the case of the three-level government, coordination and co-existence have progressed by coordination, he said. "We have carried forward the work specified by the law, especially the secretaries and chief secretaries of the provinces are coming through the federal government. Even if the chief secretary is sent by the federal government, we have also requested that the secretary of the ministry should be from the province," he said. For that, State Civil Service Act, Local Service Act has also been made . We are making the regulations within this month.'

He said that the provincial government has already opened the matter in case of stopping the growth and development of the employees. Promotion is also being done through public service. Even though the federal law has not become the Private Service Act, we have increased the work by making the Civil Service Act,' he said, 'There is no problem in service delivery.'
