Kathmandu District Court has issued an arrest warrant against former Home Minister and Chairman of National Independent Party Ravi Lamichhane and former DIG of Nepal Police Chabilal Joshi. While they were in the Gorkha media network, they were arrested and allowed to investigate the case of Swarnalakshmi Sahakari in Kalimati, Kathmandu.
