The dead bodies of three of the six students of ANFA Academy studying at Vatsala Devi Secondary School in Sisneri, Indrasarovar Rural Municipality-3, who were suspected to have been buried in the landslide, have been found.
The coordinator of the academy, Subash Chandra Thakuri, said that they are yet to be identified.
After the opening of the reservoir gate of the Kulekhani hydropower project, the water level in the Sisneri river rose and they disappeared while going to a safe place.
Meanwhile, 30 houses of Indrasarovar Rural Municipality-3 Cisneri Bazar have been flooded. 28 houses in Indrasarovar-2 Khanikhet are submerged.
