In the initial vote count of Rupandehi Constituency No. 2, RSVP's Sulabh Kharel has taken the lead. In Tilottama Municipality-1 Shankarnagar, 4066 votes were counted, and RSVP's Kharel received 2781 votes. UML's Bishnu Poudel received 609 votes, Nepali Congress's Chunna Prasad Poudel received 305 votes, NCP's Bishwadeep Pandey received 35 votes, and Shram Sanskriti Party's Bhim Bahadur Gautam received 92 votes.
After the vote count of Tilottama-1 was completed, the vote count of Butwal Sub-metropolitan City-1 has now begun, Election Officer Rajendra Neupane said. After that, the count of Sainamaina Municipality-1 will be conducted.
Rupandehi Constituency No. 2 has 135,050 voters, of which 86,715 votes were cast.
