The Nepali Congress, which came first with 5 seats in the direct elections, has maintained its position in the proportional representation as well. According to the Provincial Election Office, the Nepali Congress has received 141,233 votes.

The Nepali Congress, which came first in the House of Representatives elections in Karnali with 5 seats in the direct route, has maintained the same position in the proportional route as well. According to the Provincial Election Office, the Nepali Congress has received 141,233 votes.

Similarly, the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) which won one seat directly came second with 133,740 votes in the proportional representation.    According to the office, UML got 120,863 votes, NCP got 177,111 votes and RPP got 15,755 votes. Similarly, the Progressive Democratic Party got 8,537 votes, Nepal Workers and Peasants Party got 5,130 votes and Shram Sanskriti Party got 4,675 votes.

The Congress got the highest number of votes in Surkhet with 37,743 votes and the lowest number of votes in Dolpa with 2,595 votes. Similarly, the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) got the highest number of votes in Surkhet with 54,226 votes and the lowest number of votes in Humla with 2,035 votes. The Congress won directly in Dailekh-1, Surkhet-2, Jajarkot, Humla and Mugu, while the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) won in Surkhet-2.  

UML received the highest number of votes in Surkhet with 28,914 and the lowest number in Dolpa with 4,944, while NCP received the highest number of votes in Salyan with 20,339 and the lowest number in Mugu with 4,650. UML won in Dailekh-2 while NCP won in Salyan, Kalikot, Rukum West and Dolpa directly. In Karnali, 577,611 votes were cast in the proportional representation. Out of which 43,501 votes were invalid.
