The folk rock band 'Nepathya', which is on tour in America, has given its second performance in the state of California. This is the band's second appearance at San Francisco's famous Warfield Hall. 'Nepathya' performed in that hall eight years ago.
Singer Amrit Gurung started the performance with the song 'Koshiko Pani Yo Zindgani'. The program progressed through 'Bhedako Oon', 'Chhekyo Chhekyo', 'Aangnaivari', 'Lampate Surti' and ended with the song 'Rato Aur Chandrasurje' through 'Main Nache Chmachchmi', 'Resham', 'Talko Pani'. In the program, 17 new and old songs from the band's inception until now were presented. In the
program, Amrit also asked the audience to preserve the Nepali language and identity. "I feel privileged to step on this stage where the world's top musical personalities are standing for the second time in front of a grand and civilized audience," he said, "I want to dedicate this achievement to all Nepali music lovers." The audience present at the
program was very engrossed with the song presented. Singer Amrit was assisted by Dhruv Lama on the drumset, Subin Shakya on the bass guitar, Neeraj Gurung on the guitar, Shanti Rayamazhi on the Madal and Dineshraj Regmi on the keyboard. The third performance of
"Nepathya" is taking place on August 17 at the "Kemba Live Concert Venue" in Columbus, the capital of the state of Ohio. After that, the event will be held in Dallas, New York, Maryland and finally in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
