Finance Minister Swarnim Wagle has also said that it will make legal arrangements to build transmission lines and trade electricity by charging wheeling charges. The government has said that it will make arrangements to adjust the occupancy rights of forest land and the fee for cutting trees when the ownership of the project is transferred after the permit period of the hydropower project. Wagle also said that the 'Sunset' law related to development projects will be presented to Parliament within the current fiscal year.
