The government has said that arrangements will be made so that only real farmers get the benefits of the subsidies given in the agricultural sector. After the non-farmers got the subsidy money more than the real farmers, now the government is going to make arrangements so that only the real farmers get it.
An arrangement will be made that only real farmers will get the benefit of subsidies given in the agricultural sector. The scope of agricultural insurance will be expanded. Poor farmers will be given subsidized loans and service facilities along with identity cards," President Ramchandra Paudel said while presenting the government's policy and program for the next financial year at the joint meeting of Parliament on Friday.
