'It's not that there's anything else going on here, it's just that there's no will to work. After building the airport, the first responsibility to operate it is the Nepal Civil Aviation Authority. Pradeep Adhikari, director general of the authority, is also the same. What did he do for the operation of the airport?,' Chowdhury countered, 'The finance minister is from this area.
