Deputy Prime Minister and Urban Development Minister Prakashman Singh presented the list of old works during Sayidine's tenure. They didn't seem to do much. The federal parliament building under construction inside Singha Durbar is still incomplete despite repeated deadlines. Although the contract was signed to be completed within 3 years, the construction has not been completed even after 5 years. Meanwhile, the deadline has been extended 4 times but the progress is only 83 percent. After the election of the House of Representatives in 2079, the construction was started with the goal of holding the first parliament meeting in a new building. The contract was signed on October 16, 1976, saying that construction could be completed by October 16, 1979. After the work was not completed according to the initial agreement, the deadline was extended for the first time till 079 Chait 30, but the work was not completed.
