The Nagadhunga-Muglin road, which has been operating in one direction since Sunday evening, has been blocked again. On Monday evening, the road was blocked after a dry landslide fell 500 meters from Malekhu towards Kathmandu.
Currently, the traffic is not operational in this section. Keshav Prasad Ojha, Head of Nagadhunga-Mugling Road Scheme, East Section, said that the road was blocked due to landslides.
According to him, the work of removing the landslide is going on. According to the project, more landslides occurred while the landslide removal work was being done to make the one-way road a two-way road.
As the fall in different sections of the road could not be removed completely, the traffic has been operated only in one direction. According to the project, it will take a few days to remove all landslides and operate two-way traffic.
