Agriculture is a big engineering . Even if the fertilizer seeds are good, if the embankment is not good, the water will come and wash it away, and the crop will be destroyed. That is the problem of East Chitwan. An embankment should be built .

There was a lot of cultivation in October, but heavy rains came in October. All damage done . There comes another problem.
