He warned that the country will be brought to a standstill if an all-party government is not formed within three days after holding a meeting of the left component.

Vam Ghatak held a press conference in Kathmandu on July 1, 2051 and said that the government should be formed under the leadership of someone other than Girija Prasad Koirala. UML General Secretary Madhav Kumar Nepal had warned that Nepal will shut down for three consecutive days if an all-party government is not formed.

Similarly, on the pretext of the dissolution of the parliament, a notice was received that the meeting of the World Bank's steering committee, which was supposed to be in Washington, would not be held regarding the provision of loans to Arun's third hydropower project. The meeting was scheduled to be held on July 11, 2051. The information was published by the group that was opposing Arun saying that the House of Representatives was dissolved in Nepal and the government was in a position to run the work. 

UML had said that it was wrong to give the responsibility of conducting elections to the Prime Minister who has already resigned from the Nepal Intellectuals Council. But Prime Minister Koirala was expressing his commitment to conduct fair elections. 

The left group integrated under the leadership of UML put forward the idea of ​​forming a council of ministers by including representatives of major political parties. They said that Parliament should not be dissolved when there is a situation in which another government can be formed after the government is in the minority. The left group said whether or not to participate in the election would depend on the struggle. 

The statement distributed at the press conference of the left group was signed by UML General Secretary Nepal, Nirmala Lama of CPN Ekta Kendra, Chandeshwar Shrestha of United Janamorcha Nepal Vaidya Paksha, Dinanath Sharma of CPN Masal, Maheshmani Dixit of CPN United, Shambhuram Shrestha of Nepali Communist League. But the Baburam Bhattarai faction of the United Janam Morcha Nepal had announced that it would struggle separately. The United People's Front said that there is no justification for forming an all-party government and not demanding it.
