Nepal's communist parties have become a tradition of unifying, forming a front and then dividing again. The phenomenon of expelling leaders from the party or removing them from their positions is also seen as a trend.

When it is broken or removed, accusations of being undisciplined and betraying the party are also being made. It has become a kind of character of the Communist Party, which is great as long as it remains in the same organization, but after the party splits or is expelled from the party or is removed from the post, it accuses them of fraudsters, traitors, foreign brokers, reactionary goons, abolitionists, etc. . After the division of the party, the practice of insulting foreign powers had become an established norm. 

2051 is about Baisakh, Dr. Baburam Bhattarai was removed from the coordinator of United Janamorcha Nepal on the charge of violating discipline and running the party by himself. 8 founding members of the front held a press conference in Kathmandu on May 22 and informed that Bhattarai had been removed. Bhattarai was removed and Niranjan Gobind Vaidya, a founding member of the Communist Party of Nepal, was designated as the coordinator.

Bhattarai was accused of applying individualism, creating parallel organizations in the districts, not holding the national conference of the front, and leading the front in an arbitrary manner. Bhattarai said that domestic and foreign forces are going to break the Jan Morcha. 

In a press conference, Nepal Communist Party (Malema) leader Nand Kumar Prasarin said that even though Baburam is qualified and scholar, he used Janamorcha to fulfill his personal ambitions. Prasai, who is also a member of the Morcha, said that he gave Bhattarai a chance to think and learn. Vaidya's team included Chandeshwar Shrestha as its secretary, Krishnadas Shrestha, Nandkumar Prasain, Sitaram Tamang, Chandra Bahadur Ulak, Vishnulal Joshi and Jagdishchandra Bhandari as its members. 

According to the statement distributed in the name of the new ad hoc central committee of the Jan Morcha, it was informed that the new ad hoc committee of the Jan Morcha has been formed as the United Jan Morcha in coordination with Bhattarai is illegal. In the statement, it was mentioned that Bhattarai acted against the constitution and interests of the organization. After Baburam was removed, the Vaidya group informed the Election Commission that they had also appointed a new coordinator of the New People's Front. He said that it was wrong to evict him saying that the decision made by the meeting, which was not even attended by 25 percent of the members of the ad-hoc committee registered with the Election Commission, was not official. He called the meeting held by those who are not central members of the front as illegal.

Bhattarai countered by saying that indigenous foreign powers are going to divide Jan Morcha. He said, "It is being tried to split and weaken the Jan Morcha, which is successfully leading the patriotic movement." The effect of the division of the Jan Morcha, which participated in the election by forming a front, was likely to be seen in the Parliament as well. Out of the 9 MPs who won the election from the front, it was seen that 6 would be in Vaidya's favor and 3 in Bhattarai's favor. 

In that front of various left-wing parties, the biggest Maoist underground party, Nepal Communist Party (Ekta Kendra), the general secretary Prachanda and the leader Nirmal Lama started a rift. There was factional polarization in Ekta Kendra. It was estimated that its effect was also on the public front. Baburam was in favor of Prachanda while Vaidya was in favor of Lama. The Constitution of 2047 provided that 40 percent of the members of the Central Committee could divide the party and register another party in the Election Commission.
