Army Lt. Col. Narayan Singh Pun left his job and registered a separate company, but the government did not allow him to operate the helicopter because of parking and manpower problems at the airport. He took ownership of Dynasty Aviation with two Nepalis. Ang Tshiring of Asian Airlines complained that due to the lack of private sector helicopters, they could not rescue the tourists on time if they depended only on the army. 

Shahi Nepal Air Service Corporation had rented two helicopters from the army and operated mountain tourist services for a decade and a half. But even if it flew from morning to evening, it could not provide enough service . The leaders of the tourism sector also said that relying only on army helicopters could not provide services on time. 

There used to be a big problem especially in the rescue of tourists who went to climb Mount Everest. Angchiring used to give an example of not being able to serve tourists for a week. The private sector seemed willing to invest in this service as the helicopter service can provide the most support for goods transportation and patient transportation in hilly districts. 

 Instructor driver Narayan Singh said that Dynasty will operate 6 helicopters . He said that as the market expands, the goal is to reach 10. Investors say that the French helicopters operated by Dynasty can fly up to 16,000 feet and are suitable for sightseeing. The Department of Aviation made a policy to charge only one thousand US dollars per hour.
