Polis, ElevateAI and Lone Genie win the Lipfrog Hackathon

AI-based technology 'Police', which prevents leakage of sensitive information related to health, has won the top prize of Lipfrog Hackathon 2025. In the competition held in collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS), it is claimed that the 'Police' group will ensure the security of protected health information called 'PHI' during software development.

The release states that the police tool, which operates on the natural language protocol model based on WSS SageMaker, prevents the leakage of sensitive personal data from code editing, version control systems and browsers. It is expected to contribute greatly to the reduction of legal risks and data protection in health technology.

10 teams competed in the week-long hackathon organized with the slogan 'Impact through Intelligence with AWS'. Although 87 people applied for the hackathon, 60 participants from America, Europe, Asia Pacific and Nepal were selected and 10 groups were formed. They prepared various tools and solutions based on problems in the fields of health, human resources, fintech and others.  

A platform called 'Growth Assessment Program' prepared by 'ElevateAI' to make the promotion evaluation process in offices fair and transparent won the second place in the hackathon. This platform is made interactive by including Bedrock, OpenSearch, Dynamo DB and Lambda model of Amazon Web Services.

Similarly, the 'Loan Genie', designed to simplify the home loan process for Australian immigrants, automates the process from document management to applying to the bank, according to Lipfrog's release. The platform won the Innovator Award at the Hackathon. It has also been developed using models such as Bedrock, Texttract, and Sthree from Amazon Web Services. 

Lipfrog organizes this hackathon annually, developers, designers and engineers from different countries participate. It is mentioned in the release that tools and platforms are being developed to solve the problems of daily life through the technologies of Amazon Web Services.
