The first match between Biratnagar Kings and Janakpur Bolts in Siddharth Bank Nepal Premier League (NPL) cricket is going to be played on 15th November. The opening match between these two teams will be held after the Nepal Cricket Association (CAN) published the schedule of the tournament to be held at the University Cricket Ground in Kirtipur on Monday.

There will be no match on the day after the opening i.e. November 16 due to local by-elections. Kathmandu Gurkhas and Chitwan Rhinos will compete in their first match on November 17. On the same day, there will be a second match between Janakpur and Karnali Yaks. This will be Janakpur's second match and Karnali's first match.

On the third day i.e. on November 18, there will be a competition between Sudurpaschim Royals and Biratnagar Kings and Chitwan and Pokhara Avengers. Lumbini Lions will come and play their first match on the fourth day. The team's competition will be against Biratnagar. The team will play three games in a row after a day of rest. The last match of the league will be on January 1, where Sudoorpaschim and Karnali will meet.

After competing in a round-robin league among eight teams, the top four teams will advance to the playoffs. On January 3rd, the third and fourth teams will compete in the eliminator and in the second match on the same day, the first and second teams of the league will compete in Qualifier 1. The winner of Qualifier 1 will directly advance to the final. The team that wins the Eliminator and the team that loses in the Qualifier 1 will compete on December 4 to enter the finals. The final will be held on 6th of December.
