Joshua played for the Texas Super Kings in Major League Cricket this year.
He scored 94 runs in 8 matches. In his last Major League game in July, he scored an unbeaten 56 off 36 balls against the San Francisco Unicorns.
He is the second foreign player brought in by Janakpur for NPL. Only the previous day, Janakpur signed New Zealand all-rounder Jimmy Neesam.
