The Election Commission has requested all concerned not to misuse vehicle passes and transport people other than the person concerned.
The Commission issued a statement on Tuesday and said, 'We request all concerned not to transport people other than the person concerned by vehicles that have been exempted from the requirement of vehicle passes in accordance with the recommendations made earlier and this recommendation to make necessary arrangements so that vehicle passes are not required for the purpose of facilitating vehicle movement during the election.'
The Commission has also informed all concerned about the recommendation made by the Commission to the Government of Nepal to make arrangements so that persons who have obtained a prohibited area entry pass issued by the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal do not require a pass to travel from home to office and from office to home on the voting day of the House of Representatives election, 2082 (Falgun 21) in an effective, systematic and service-friendly manner.'
