Representatives have begun entering the hall for the closed session of the special general convention of the Nepali Congress, which is underway at Bhrikuti Mandap.

Although the closed session was scheduled to begin at 10 am, the time of the closed session has been postponed due to the failure to complete the registration of representatives.

The closed session is being delayed due to the failure to complete the registration of representatives, said Subash Pokharel, coordinator of the publicity committee.

The number of representatives in the special general convention has crossed 2,800 as of a few moments ago. Two hundred more representatives registered their names on Monday as well.

When the inaugural session was underway on Sunday, 2,662 representatives had registered their names by the evening.
