Strong voice remains in parliament restoration: Pant

Raghuji Pant, who won the post of UML Vice President, has said that the party will play a strong role in restoring the parliament.

"We will work to advance the slogan we have for resolving the political crisis. We will raise a strong voice for the restoration of the parliament and necessary efforts will be made for that," Pant said. "I will also work actively on how to unite political parties for democracy." Pant, who filed an independent candidacy after not being included in the panel for the post of vice-chairman from the UML establishment, has won with 1,258 votes.
