UML president and former prime minister KP Sharma Oli has questioned the validity of the dissolution of the government and the House of Representatives formed under the leadership of Sushila Karki. He commented that the government of Karki was formed by force rather than according to the constitution.

Speaking at a party event in Gundu, Bhaktapur on Thursday, a month after he was removed from power due to the Gen-G rebellion, Oli raised the question, 'How did he get the right to unconstitutionally dissolve the parliament?'.

Oli mentioned that the House of Representatives should be restored and held the view that the parties including the Congress should meet for that. There is no alternative to restoring the House of Representatives. I believe that the Congress and other parties will also move forward in this way," he said. When Oli himself was the Prime Minister, he dissolved the House of Representatives on 5th December 2077 and 8th June 2078 and both times the Supreme Court overturned it.  Oli defended the steps taken by him in the past and remarked that the Gen-G rebellion was incited by someone and was just a street farce. Those involved in the formation of the government and its process were also termed as 'earthquake elements'. Oli, who mentioned that the formation of the Karki government was based on a conspiracy, did not present its factual basis. "The way this government was formed, I have only said briefly - a government formed by ha hoo." I have not explained that. Do it in time,' he said.

Oli presented some unconfirmed facts about the changes after the Gen-G movement. He tried to interpret the latest change as an attack on the country and sovereignty. He said, 'someone is worried that this country will be strong. That's why there is an attack.

Oli also commented that the government is not in favor of unity and is in favor of Bhandbhailo. Oli, who was irritated because the new government stopped foreign travel of leaders including himself and banned them from outside the Kathmandu Valley without permission, termed such steps as a joke.

UML President Oli also took a dig at

Home Minister Omprakash Aryal . Due to the petition filed by lawyers including Aryal in the Supreme Court, on 24th January 2080, the Supreme Court overruled the decision of the Oli government to allow the exchange of land including Giribandhu T-Estate, which was held in excess of the limit. Aryal also filed a writ against the appointment of 52 officials in various constitutional bodies based on the decision of the Oli government to dissolve the House of Representatives and the recommendations made by the Constitutional Council of which Oli is the chairman. But Oli said on Thursday, 'How many of you have heard the name of the current Home Minister? I hadn't even heard the name. I only found out after I became the Home Minister. Nothing to say about the Home Minister. I would like to advise Home Minister Babu not to get too excited, not to shine and not to take care.'

Oli also commented on the fact that after the Gen-G uprising, the voice of investigating the assets of old leaders is being raised on social media. Property inspector. Do the investigation not once, but ten times. I would like to ask, Ministers, may I investigate your assets? Do you dare to investigate your own property?'' he said. Oli gave a sharp reactive response to the property investigation. When he was the prime minister, the

ing property details of himself, the deputy prime minister and the minister were not made public.  Section 50 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 2059 states that a person holding a public office must submit the details of his or her family's assets within 60 days from the date of holding such office by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette and submitting it to the designated authorities and authorities. In the gazette published on 20 June 2075, it is mentioned that the President must submit the property details to the Office of the President, Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister, Minister of State and Assistant Minister to the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers.

Former Prime Minister Oli called the commission formed under the leadership of former judge Gauri Bahadur Karki to investigate the incidents of 23 and 24 August as a fake commission. He also said that this commission was not approved. He also mentioned that questions have been raised about the leadership of the commission.

'Shouldn't he have resigned on moral grounds after questions were raised about his old statements, his statements before sitting in the commission? Can a man be fair from his opponent now?' He said, 'They bathed in Ganga water? Did you bathe with Bagmati water? Did you eat wheat? Did you sprinkle gold? What did you do? What did they do to become impartial?' Raksha Bam, who is active in the

Gen-G movement, commented that Oli's expression shows how arrogant and arrogant a ruler can be. She said that Oli has started speaking with pride on his face as the blood of the young people who have been shed because of Oli's government has not dried up. How can someone make fun of someone's corpse? How can you laugh like Oli? If he was a true leader of the people, a communist leader of the proletariat, he would have apologized by now. But he is still underestimating the essence of this movement by calling it a government made by foreigners," she said.

Bam said that former Prime Minister Oli's comments were only insulting. "He has questioned whose representative this government is," she said. If you don't know the Home Minister,

Giribandhu , the image that comes to his eyes is probably that of Omprakash Aryal.' She also commented that Oli's statement reflects the old thinking that when he is in the government, everything is fine, and everything else is wrong. "Even though there have been so many changes in the country, it seems that he has not improved," she said, "He should have embraced the changes of the Gen-G movement but it is unfortunate that he did not even realize the mistake." He said, 'We thought that this change would give a new kind of exit, is this the result of what we thought was not possible?' he said.  writer Yadav Devkota said that Oli's comments have become irrelevant. Mentioning that the country has reached its current state due to his own incompetence, he said, "The country is in such a sensitive state that it can be ignited by small leaks." The kind of expression that the leader of the so-called responsible party is giving will lead to spoiling the society. He said that Oli's speeches have been humiliating people before and he has not apologized for the mistakes made in the government under his leadership.
