On the first day of the convention, Prime Minister and Party President KP Sharma Oli presented a political report, Party Vice President and Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Bishnu Prasad Paudel presented a proposal on constitutional amendments, General Secretary Pokharel presented an organizational report, and Central Advisory Council Chairman Amrit Kumar Bohora presented a report.
