The minds of those who talk about development, prosperity, and economy are divided from many sides. Foreign donors are most concerned about our development. Britain or Germany were based on colonies at that time. They were always thinking of how to protect themselves even by plundering other colonies. In this way, no country has been without the protection of politics. 

The private sector is the private sector. Sometimes friends say - 'Give it to the private sector.' The private sector does nothing. If the state does not step on the feet of the private sector, if it does not protect it, then in which country has the private sector developed? Developed by LG or by Hyundai or Toyota? You do your own development, no one else does. If we don't take care of what can be done within our resources, history, culture, population, geopolitics, our development will continue like this. In this sense one should be free from these illusions. 

In today's context, it is the responsibility of the state to make the private sector a private sector. How does the state develop productive capital? What is the plan to employ your population? Because employment is not only a financial matter, employment is also a matter of making people. It is also a process of employing a population living in extreme poverty and backwardness in a remote area, bringing them into enterprise, learning, bargaining, knowledge and language learning. Therefore, the state had to resolve to provide employment and develop entrepreneurial capital.

Let us ensure agricultural credit. Let us give 3 percent interest concession to the very poor, 5 percent to the middle class and not more than 7 percent to the agricultural industry, no matter how big. We have said that insurance will be made effective, but the companies have not worked in agricultural insurance. Prime Minister, ministers only make speeches, we have not done that. Now let's make it effective. 

Also, we have fixed support prices for sugarcane, wheat and paddy. But the government does not take a single grain of paddy at the support price. The cost of production is 2000-2200 per quintal, while the market price is also 2000-2200. After that, all the labor of the farmers there was wasted. Now the finance minister is in the budget, he can say, the prime minister can say - I can take two quintals, 10 quintals of rice from farmers at the support price or not.

If we start from here, in four-five years we can be self-sufficient in food, milk, curd, fish, meat. At least let's not confuse it by talking about other economic worlds. In a discussion, it was raised that no more than 15 percent or 10 percent savings should be kept. What is the attraction of the Black Market Act here? In Europe, there is a discount of up to 75 percent. In India it has started reaching 25 percent now. We are talking about 10-15 percent, that too is not giving money, we are playing numbers and gossiping. Let's be a little bolder about it. Now, by showing the production data, we have been saying that we have become self-sufficient in milk, fish and meat. Actually it's not. About 70 percent of the cost is on feed, 80 percent of which we bring from outside. And how are we independent? That's a useless statistic. Even if I submit it, my government does it or someone else's government submits it, it is wrong data. 

There is no happiness without us going to Chaklabandi. Foreigners coming in and building huge land banks will do nothing. Our complexity, history and land ownership do not allow that. While doing so, some meet as a group, some come individually and do chaklabandi. Let us help mechanize it. Now there is not even one bigha of farm, it is 4 kathajati. However, because he was related to the minister, he got a tractor. However, he does not plow the field, he goes to the river with a tractor and carries ballast. The country's subsidy is going here and there. We must stop this trend. In this way, if we go to Chaklabandi, we can turn the barren land that is growing in the hills or ends into production. In the jungle there are laws of the jungle. The deforestation of the forest is over, we have brought furniture worth billions. So let's focus on wood, wildlife, herbs that we can produce, take, use. If the Prime Minister, Minister of Finance, and relevant Ministers are committed, many improvements can be made in four to five years.

In this way, a foundation can be prepared for forest-based, mining-based and agriculture-based industrialization. Our industry should be protected somehow. Giving from our place is electricity. Let's industrialize projects like Chisapani. If necessary, take a loan for that. In this way, in 10-12 years, we can fundamentally end today's unemployment and economic dependency.

I have said, crony capitalism. This is for all capital earners. I said it in favor of those who could not even earn capital, could not venture. It is about developing national capital. Let us intervene a little in education and emphasize vocational technical schools and training. It should not be without manpower for that. Let's look at China and India, why it is like that is because of the people there. Politics will solve the problem of

ending. But how to solve the problem of politics itself? That too is done by political parties. In this sense, there is no need for a political party. It is necessary to overcome the vicious cycle that joining a political party means getting a ticket, getting a ticket means earning money, after earning money, getting a bigger ticket, earning more money. Otherwise, we will never be able to grow and eat in our own country.
