The Election Commission has clarified that voting in the House of Representatives elections to be held on Thursday can be done by entering the polling station on the basis of a voter ID card or five other types of documents as an alternative.

The Election Commission has clarified that voters can enter the polling station with their voter ID card or five other types of documents as an alternative to vote in the House of Representatives election to be held on Thursday.

If you do not have an original copy of your voter ID card, you can go to the polling station with your Nepali citizenship card, if you do not have a citizenship card, you can go to the polling station with your driving license, if you do not have a driving license, you can go to the polling station with your passport, if you do not have a passport, you can go to the polling station with your national identity card, and if you do not have a national identity card, you can go to the polling station with your original land ownership certificate, informed the Commission's Assistant Spokesperson Kul Bahadur GC. He clarified that if you go to the polling station with any of the six types of documents specified by the Commission, you can vote.

In the House of Representatives election to be held tomorrow, there are 23,112 polling stations out of 10,967 polling stations and 143 temporary polling stations. The Commission has stated that 18.93 million voters will vote in those centers.
