Pushparaj Ranabhat, 45 years old from Kaski, who was sentenced to death in Saudi Arabia for murdering his two Nepali colleagues, has been sentenced to death by the Saudi government.

The incident of murder is two years ago . According to the lower court in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, Pushparaj killed 50-year-old Bhagyanarayan Rai and 44-year-old Saroj Kumar Jha, who were living in the same room, on October 2, 2080. Both Rai and Jha are from Mahottari. In this case, the decision of the lower level of death penalty was upheld by the High Court and the Supreme Court.

In this incident, the details about how Pushparaj was killed, what was the background of the incident have not been made public. An official of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, who is aware of this incident, said that it was a murder due to a mutual dispute, but did not want to give further details.
