Parliamentary inquiry committee against the 'cooling of period' provided in the Federal Civil Bill   It has been said that the chief secretary and the secretaries have not seen a decent . In the report published by the committee on Tuesday, it is said that even though the chief secretary and secretaries are not directly involved in the cheating of 'cooling off period', it is not right to protest. It is also mentioned in the report that the chief secretaries lobbying with Lavalaskar to remove the provision of cooling off period is against official conduct.

It is now compulsory to install an embossed number on vehicles . This decision was taken by the subject committee meeting with the participation of provincial ministers and secretaries under the chairmanship of Physical Infrastructure and Transport Minister Devendra Dahal. The meeting held on Tuesday decided to install embossed numbers compulsorily from October 1st.

Indra Bahadur Baniyan has been appointed as the Chief Minister of Bagmati Province. Provincial Chief Minister Deepak Prasad Devkota has appointed Baniyan as Chief Minister on Tuesday. Baniyan submitted the claim on Monday with the support of 64 people including 37 from Congress and 27 from UML.
