Nine people trapped in the severe flood last night in the Lhende river on the Nepal-China border have been rescued safely.

Among the uncontacted, 22 missing persons are safe in a safe place and 16 others are uncontacted, Assistant Prazia Dhruvprasad Adhikari informed.

The Home Minister's Secretariat has informed that helicopters are ready to rescue lost and trapped people. Due to the bad weather, the helicopter could not fly in the sky of Rasuwa, and the rescue has become difficult .
