There is no recognition for women in leadership: Rosina Raut

Rozina Raut, head of training and development of Devyani International, said that it will be difficult for everyone to accept women in leadership.

She said this at the fifth edition of the 'Nirvik Nari: Nari Shakti' program organized by Kantipur Media Group's Nari Magazine on Wednesday.

When she sees herself as a manager, it is difficult for both women and men to accept her and she said that there is a lack of trust in female leadership.

Raut says, "There were many who believed and did not believe that the woman who worked with her would become a manager." There were those who did not believe in my work. I am working with 80% women. I have seen that the invisible obstacle for women is the lack of belief and acceptance that they can also come to leadership. There are also problems such as it is difficult for them to do night duty, it is difficult for women who work in hotel restaurants.

Similarly,  She also said that Genji is not in the female workplace that can be inspired . Saying that Genji did not have a role model because women of her generation could not come to the leadership, she says, "There was no one to speak for us". It's not the millennials who inspire and influence Genji.
