Speaking at the ``Freedom Mero Khushi'' session of ``Nirvik Nari: Nari Shakti'' organized by Kantipur Publications' co-publication, Nari Masik, she said that women are bound by culture.
She said, in the name of religion, women have been discriminated against in terms of freedom and ownership of property.
