Patricia Fernandez Pacheco, UN Women's Nepal Representative, said that the challenges faced by Nepal 30 years ago are still the same.

She said this at the fifth edition of the 'Nirvik Nari: Nari Shakti' program organized by Kantipur Media Group's Nari Magazine on Wednesday.

She said that progress in Nepal is slow and uneven, so there is no significant progress in any matter.  ''The problems like climate change, online abuse have added more challenges than 30 years ago,'' she said, 'It cannot be said that there is no progress, but the progress is very slow and uneven. There is political change but not enough.'
