Chairman of Nepal Samajwadi Party (New Power) and former Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai has said that the policies and programs of the coming financial year presented by the government in Parliament today are based on continuity.

When asked whether the government formed by joining the two major parties with different ideologies in the country would bring qualitative policies and programs, he responded that it was not based on continuity. 'Everything has come to the program, but it came in a traditional reformative manner. I expected that the needs of the country would come with qualitative changes in the governance and economic sectors, I did not get that.'

Former Prime Minister Bhattarai said that these corrective measures cannot address the current challenges and responded that if all the issues are covered, there will be confusion in the implementation due to lack of prioritization. 'Policies and programs generally pass marks  Even if it is brought, it is not possible to get the highest marks,' he said.
