The main opposition party, Maoist, has responded that the policies and programs of the government for the next fiscal year are not new and traditional.
Maoist Vice President and Spokesperson Agni Prasad Sapkota, talking to the media after the government's policy and program submitted to the joint meeting of both houses of the Federal Parliament, said, 'There is nothing new in the policy and program. Those who come traditionally cannot instill hope in the people.' Spokesman Sapkota said that since
traditions and the past are oriented towards the future, clear guidelines for drawing the future are not seen in the program and termed the policy and program as a collectionist document.
