Royalist protesters have vandalized and set fire to houses in Three Corners of Kathmandu. Although it was said that Tinkune will turn into a meeting with rallies from different places, the crowd has already dispersed. They broke the windows of the houses on the three-cornered road.

The situation became tense after the royalists tried to break the designated perimeter in the Three Corners area. Protesters have even pelted stones at the police to break the cordon set for the demonstration. The police fired tear gas to stop the protestors.

Navraj Subedi-led Joint People's Movement Committee has entrusted businessmen with the task of mass management in Durga Prasai movement. The RPP led by Rajendra Lingden is also supporting the movement.
