District Court Kaski has ordered that the then Managing Director of Gorkha Media, Ravi Lamichhane, who is accused of co-operative fraud, is not guilty. Although Lamichhane denied his involvement in the co-operative fraud even when he gave a statement before the court, the court rejected his claim based on the evidence immediately and asked for a bail of 6.5 million.

Judge Nitij Rai of District Court Kaski issued an order on Thursday that 814 checks of Gorkha Media Company were transacted by the single signature of the defendant Lamichhane. He was an official person of Gorkha Media Company. The basis of signing the check has been taken.

Likewise, it is mentioned in the order that the funds of Pokhara's Suryadarshan Savings and Loan Cooperative Society were invested in Gorkha Media Network from Gitendrababu Rai's bank account through Ravi Lamichhane's account. In the

order, it is written in the front, 'It is seen that the amount of the cooperative comes to the account of the defendant (Lamichhane) and there is also an act of going elsewhere and the relationship with the other defendants and the transaction (business) of the bank account, the defendant is now Even though there is no reasonable basis to say that he is not guilty, from the above-mentioned evidence obtained immediately, the defendant will be given more evidence later. If it happens as determined, the defendant will be given a bail of 65,00,000 (Thirty Five Lakh Rupees) in cash or its equivalent or a bank surety based on Sections 68 and 72 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 2074 and placed on the date and if not given or unable to give, Section 80 The said prisoner will be sent to the prison office in Kaski to be detained.'
